Our standard licence agreement is split into two parts:
Annual licence fee
1. Unlimited access to anyone in your business globally (this includes your suppliers/subsidiaries
etc.)
2. Access to our Web Service toolkit to link to SAP or legacy systems
3. Telephone and email support
Annual product group fee
1. Includes all aspects of data collection, management and reporting
2. Annual data refresh
In addition we offer:
1. Customization of reports
2. Data input and collection services
3. A range of training and consultancy services
4. The ability to travel anywhere in the world to support Greenshare roll-out |

We understand that you might want to trial Greenshare to find out whether it fits
with your business strategy.
Greenshare is web based;
this means no local installation or infrastructure / hardware requirements. This
places no demand on your I.T department.
Our trial licence enables you to run the full version of Greenshare on a 3 month
period at a rate that fits within your departmental
budget.
If you decide to migrate to a full licence then all of your trial data remains in
the system. If you do not wish to continue we return all the data to you collected
during the trial.
